Refunds & Returns
We take the greatest care in packaging our products to ensure no damage in transit, however in the unlikely event that the product(s) you receive are unsatisfactory we have you fully covered. If the product(s) are damaged upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or if not possible a refund on receiving the damaged product(s) back. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product(s) you have received please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a full refund on receiving the product(s) back. We do not accept liability for the costs of return, returns damaged in transit or not received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you make sure the product(s) are adequately packaged and insured for their return journey.
Ordering & Payment
Product(s) are only owned by you once full payment has been received via the appropriate methods. We do accept postal orders and personal cheques as payment methods, however you must email us at support@mechacubic.com with a complete list of your product(s) wanted so we can invoice you. Product(s) will only be shipped when payment is cleared. Please ensure you have full permission to use the payment method you select and that you are of legal age to purchase the product(s) you have selected.

Pre-Orders & Pre-Releases
Our pre-orders work exactly the same way as our normal orders - just add them to your basket with anything else you are purchasing. If you purchase products that are already out at the same time, we will ship them out first to ensure you are not waiting. Pre-order dates are an estimate and can change frequently, so please be aware of this. We will notify you via email if the estimated release date changes. Payment is taken at checkout as normal and the pre-order goods will be sent as soon as they are released and in stock. Prior to a products release, their price sometimes drop from what the wholesalers originally quote. If this happens, you will be refunded any difference. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order we will issue a full refund. If you have placed your pre-order more than one week from release and we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, along with your refund we will also send you a free gift.
